quickly and efficiently
One-on-one coaching for European expats living in the US seeking practical solutions, deeper roots, and the resilience to thrive.
When you move to a new country, everything feels unfamiliar. That’s why thriving as an expat isn’t just about solving immediate challenges—it’s about building something deeper.
My coaching approach helps you to:
Develop Deep Roots – Build life philosophy that provides clarity, stability, and meaning in your new environment. (Learn more about my philosophy coaching at https://www.livelikeaphilosopher.com)
Strengthen the Trunk – Use the science of Grit to develop resilience, set long-term goals, and navigate challenges with confidence.
Reach for Opportunities & Connection – Leverage solution-focused coaching to take action, notice what’s working, and create positive momentum in your life. This also includes building and maintaining relationships—navigating friendships in a new culture, staying connected with loved ones back home, and fostering a sense of belonging.
Solution-Focused Coaching
Tackle immediate challenges by finding what works for you and rapidly regain a sense of control.
Coaching Framework
Life Philosophy
Develop deep roots that anchor you through the several transitions you experience as an expat.
Grit
Develop a hierarchy of goals with an overarching purpose, and learn strategies to foster grit, resilience, and a growth mindset
Expat life often means building friendships in a new culture while staying connected to loved ones back home.
Coaching can help you nurture meaningful relationships on both ends of your journey.
In times of change, it’s easy to feel scattered or unmotivated.
Coaching helps you reconnect with purpose and create a clear goal hierarchy—so you can focus, stay grounded, and keep moving forward.
From navigating unfamiliar systems to adjusting routines, expat life brings practical challenges.
Solution-focused coaching helps you stay oriented by noticing what’s working and building on it—step by step.
Living abroad often prompts big questions about identity, values, and meaning.
Coaching offers space to reflect and shape a personal philosophy that grounds you—wherever life takes you.

About me
I’m an expat myself—originally from Italy and now based in the U.S. Since 2010, I’ve been living the transitions I now help others navigate.
Professionally, I’ve worked with Prof. Angela Duckworth since 2017, co-designing courses on grit and resilience at Penn. I’m also a certified solution-focused coach with a lifelong passion for philosophy.
